Children at St Mary’s now have an opportunity to read outside during lunchtimes and break times with our new Reading suitcases.

Each year group has a reading suitcase with enjoyable fun texts that children can pick out and read. These are being used during Reading for Pleasure times whereby classes can choose to take their reading suitcase outside to read for pleasure. Children are being encouraged to bring in any unused/old books they would like to donate to their class reading suitcase.
