For guided reading we use Project X books whole-school guided reading lessons. These books are designed to engage boys into reading these motivating alien adventure books which helps every child reach higher standards.

Our guided reading books contain action-packed adventures with fantastic characters which are linked fiction and non-fiction to broaden reading choices. Through our guided reading lessons, we develop inference, critical thinking, vocabulary and other higher-order comprehension skills throughout the school.

Knowledge of the World, Healthy lifestyles and Aspirations curriculum driver: children read a wide range of multi-cultural books and various texts that aspire different career choices.
