A big welcome to our Reception children and parents/carers 2022!

We are delighted that you have chosen St Mary’s Catholic Primary Academy for your child and we look forward to welcoming you and your family to our school community.

All parents of our new Reception children should have received a letter/email with details of their class teachers for September and our induction sessions for the summer term. All our new Reception children will start in September on Wednesday 7th. The email also contains a link to our online admission form – please complete and submit this form as soon as possible so we can ensure all details are correct before your child starts with us in September.

You can also access the Reception admissions form here.

If you have any queries regarding this form, please contact the school office between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

On this page of our website, you will find lots of information about Reception at St Mary’s to help your child with their induction into school.

  • A ‘School Ready’ document from our Reception class teachers which you can find here.
  • Please view our School Prospectus here.
  • A video from Ron Flowers – our uniform supplier.
