Remembrance Service

Yesterday, Mr Aplin led our school community in a Remembrance service and, during this, we fell silent to remember all those who lost their lives in war and our own dearly departed loved ones. This year, 2021, marks 100 years since the nation’s collective Remembrance traditions were first brought together. Our head boy and head girl laid a wreath of poppies and Mrs Minihane and the RE ambassadors led us in prayer. Mr Aplin played the last post introducing our two minutes silence.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Poppy Appeal to raise funds for our essential welfare work for our Service men and women, veterans and their families.
